my most recent find...a couple of weeks ago at the local antique mall...i just couldn't resist these victorian photo albums.
the second i spotted the first one...the one with the girl on it...i was almost afraid to ask the guy to open the case to let me see it up close...lucky for me...the price was right!
i then proceeded to this gal's other case, and there was another one....i snatched it up too....it seemed as if i had aquired an addiction in a matter of moments.
the guy that opened the case for me told me he had a few of these in his booth...well that's when i knew i couldn't leave them behind!
i have never created an 'altered' journal....but, it was going to take something like these to get me in the mood! i can't wait to get started...i'll share the progress as i journey through this new artform. i have a feeling it will feel like home in me!

It seems you were meant to have them since no one else bought them!!! They are both such treasures and I'd love to see what you do with them.
